Three held after meth-positive urine tests in Kuching and Bau raids
Three local men aged 19 to 40 were detained after testing positive for methamphetamine during an AADK Kuching anti-drug operation on Sept 14. The raids under 'Ops Cegah' covered Kampung Bijurey in Krokong, Taman Mutiara in Bau, Kampung Benuk and several areas around Kuching. Mourners bid farewell to nurse Debra Moset at Kampung Semadang funeral
Hundreds gathered at St Patrick's Chapel in Kampung Semadang, Padawan, on Monday to pay last respects to Flying Doctor Service nurse Debra Moset, 40, one of five killed in a helicopter crash in Long Lellang last week. Her niece Lizfornia Derik delivered a eulogy calling her a dedicated nurse who served others until the end of her life. Debra leaves behind her husband and two children.
