Lien Heng Cup lion dance championship returns to Kuching Sept 26-27 with RM25,500 prize pool
The Lien Heng Cup-Lien Heng Lion Dance Open Championship 2026 will be held on Sept 26 and 27 at The Hills in Kuching, offering RM25,500 in prizes including RM8,000 for the champion. Kuching South mayor Dato Wee Hong Seng said at least 23 teams from Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore are expected, with organisers targeting 30.
