Contractor fined RM20,000 for using forged documents in Felda project bids
A contractor was fined RM20,000 by the Johor Baru Sessions Court after pleading guilty to using forged documents to secure RM5 million worth of Felda road and drainage projects. The offences were committed in Muar in February 2023, and the projects were located in Gua Musang, Kelantan and Batu Pahat.
