National records were broken by Muhammad Hafiq Hizwan of Melaka in the 400m T46, Alysha Aryana of Selangor in the 100m freestyle S14, and Bibiana Ahmad of Sarawak in powerlifting.

Syazwani wins third consecutive Para SUKMA gold
Sarawak's para bowler Nur Syazwani Marais won the gold medal in the women's TPB4 singles event at Para SUKMA Selangor 2026, held at Sunway Mega Lanes in Bandar Sunway. This is her third consecutive title after wins in 2022 and 2024. Other gold medals went to athletes from Sabah, Kedah and Selangor.
