Chef Mint launches Warisan Api, a traditional Malay food stall at Haig Road
Chef Aminurrashid Hasnordin, also known as Chef Mint, has launched a new brand, Warisan Api, a temporary stall at a coffee shop on Haig Road, Singapore, for three months starting September. The stall offers traditional Malay dishes cooked over charcoal and fire, such as Asam Picit, in an effort to revive Malay culinary heritage.
