Police arrested a man suspected of stealing a gold chain worth RM36,500 from a jewellery shop in Batu Caves, Selangor. The suspect was detained within 24 hours of a police report filed on September 3. He has been remanded for four days until September 7 for investigation under Section 380 of the Penal Code.

College student traumatized, reports e-hailing driver for lewd talk
A 19-year-old college student filed a police report after alleging an e-hailing driver made lewd conversation and showed her a pill during a trip to her hostel in Setapak from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) early in the morning.
