Immigration detains 122 foreigners in coordinated raids in Cheras and Perai
Malaysia's Immigration Department detained 35 undocumented foreigners during an operation at a factory area in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, on Monday. In a simultaneous operation, the Penang office detained 87 more foreigners at a factory in Perai, Bukit Mertajam. All detainees are being investigated for various offences under the Immigration Act 1959/63.

Penang City Council raids unlicensed laundrette on Gat Lebuh Macallum

The premises was run by foreign workers who could not produce identification, and MBPP seized 38 laundry baskets and equipment blocking the public walkway. KPDN also issued compounds totaling RM500 for an expired weighing machine and lack of price display.

MBPP seizes goods from unlicensed laundry in George Town
