    The Court of Appeal in Putrajaya has granted former Prime Minister Najib Razak and his son Nazifuddin a stay of bankruptcy proceedings against them. The stay was granted pending their appeals to the Special Commissioners of Income Tax against tax assessments from the Inland Revenue Board, which is seeking RM1.69 billion from Najib and RM37.6 million from his son.
