Perlis driver wins M1 class at MFOS 2026 in Sepang
Azrul Azhar Norbakari from Perlis and co-driver Muhammad Irfan Azman won P1 in the M1 class at the Malaysia Festival of Speed (MFOS) 2026 in Sepang, Selangor. Driving a Proton Satria, they finished fifth overall and secured back-to-back titles.

GWM Malaysia renews Malayan Xpedition partnership, subsidised entry for Tank owners
GWM Malaysia has renewed its partnership with Malayan Xpedition for 2026 through a Memorandum of Understanding signed at PARC Subang on August 19. Eligible GWM Tank 300 and Tank 500 owners will receive subsidised participation fees to join the off-road expedition. GWM also highlighted two modified Tank 300 Diesels completing all six legs of the Asia Cross Country Rally 2026 in Thailand.

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia has launched the Triton Single Cab Automatic Transmission (AT) variant in Malaysia. Priced at RM107,980 on-the-road without insurance for private registration in Peninsular Malaysia, it is RM3,000 more than the manual version. The new variant makes its public debut at MAHA 2026 in Serdang.
