Kuching association to launch baking workshop for special needs school leavers
The Kuching Association of Talent Development and Welfare of Special Needs (KATSN) will pilot a baking workshop called The Gifted Kitchen starting in October. The workshop aims to help special needs youths who have graduated from secondary school transition to adulthood and independence. Participants will sell their products and receive 20 percent of the returns.

Haze cuts takings for traders at Serian wet market
The worsening haze in Serian, Sarawak has significantly reduced customer traffic at the open-air Serian Wet Market, halving the daily takings of some traders.
