1. Man, 32, arrested at Tiong Bahru Plaza after struggle with police; wanted for drug offences

   A 32-year-old man was arrested at Tiong Bahru Plaza on Sep. 7 during a routine police patrol. He was found to be wanted for drug-related offences and had a vaporiser in his possession. He struggled during the arrest and was subdued with necessary force; the case has been referred to the Central Narcotics Bureau and the Health Sciences Authority.
