Eleven people, including six civil servants, were arrested in Perak over a syndicate allegedly falsifying vehicle ownership transfer documents and bribing enforcement officers. They were detained at the Perak MACC office and remanded until Sept 14, following six months of intelligence-sharing between MACC and the Road Transport Department.
