Xin Synergy subsidiary sues former directors, 15 others over RM37.94 million in losses
Total IPCO Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Xin Synergy Group Bhd, has filed a lawsuit at the High Court of Pulau Pinang against three former directors and 15 other defendants. The company is seeking to recover approximately RM37.94 million in losses and damages related to moneylending activities that allegedly did not comply with procedures.

11 men including student plead not guilty to rioting with weapons in Air Itam
Eleven men, including a private college student, pleaded not guilty at the Georgetown Magistrate's Court to charges of participating in a riot with weapons in front of a school in Air Itam on August 29. A teenager also pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court to attempted murder for allegedly hitting a man with his car during the same incident.
