NCT Alliance Bhd has begun handing over vacant possession of the first phase of its NCT Smart Industrial Park in South Selangor, with nearly 90 per cent of its 280 units taken up. MYDIN to open first hypermarket at KITA @ Cybersouth township in Dengkil
LBS Bina Group has signed a lease agreement with MYDIN to open the first hypermarket at its KITA @ Cybersouth development in Dengkil. The new MYDIN store will be built on a 1.37-acre site with a floor area of 24,000 square feet as part of the KITA Avenue Square commercial component. The township currently has about 30,000 residents, a number expected to grow to 70,000.

MAPEX 2026 property fair opens in KL, targets RM2 billion in sales
The Malaysia Property Exhibition (MAPEX) 2026 opened today at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre in Kuala Lumpur, featuring 22 developers offering about 5,000 property units across the Klang Valley, Melaka, Pahang and Penang. Organisers expect RM2 billion in sales during the three-day event, which also includes participation from five government agencies.
