The lawyer for former Tabung Haji chairman Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim has denied MACC's claim that his client chose to appear in court wearing a lock-up uniform and handcuffs. Amer Hamzah Arshad said Abdul Azeez was not given the opportunity to change clothes before facing charges under Section 23(1) of the MACC Act 2009 at the Kuala Lumpur Courts Complex.
