Miri Hospital staff pay last respects to three colleagues killed in Long Lellang helicopter crash
Miri Hospital staff gathered on Sunday to bid farewell to three colleagues killed in the Flying Doctor Service helicopter crash in Long Lellang, Sarawak. The remains of staff nurse Debra Moset, medical assistant Alexson Adit Henry and staff nurse Jessie Paya Jok were released from the hospital mortuary, with burials planned in Lambir. The pilot and a medical officer were flown to Peninsular Malaysia for burial.

Long Lellang crash victims' remains released from Miri Hospital for burial
The remains of Captain Zainol Afiq Bee Sham and Dr Ainul Baraah Kamaruddin, two of five victims of the Long Lellang helicopter crash, were released from Miri Hospital mortuary on Sunday morning. After funeral prayers at Jamal Addin Mosque in Taman Jelita, Miri, the bodies were taken to Miri Airport to be flown to Kota Bharu and Kuala Lumpur. Remains of three other victims are also being released, with burials expected in Lambir on Monday.
