Monash, Sunway, Taylor's launch Triple Alliance to boost university collaboration
Monash University Malaysia, Sunway University and Taylor's University have formally launched their Triple Alliance partnership at the Jeffrey Cheah Performing Arts Centre in Sunway Square. 20-year-old from Batu Uban among 21 Penang students to receive RM1,500 PTPTN advance
Ammar Yasir Bilal, 20, from Batu Uban, is one of 21 students from the Bukit Gelugor area who received the RM1,500 PTPTN education loan advance at a ceremony in George Town. He will use the money for fees at Universiti Malaysia Perlis. PTPTN has distributed the advance to 26,457 students nationwide for the September 2026 intake.
