Malaysia's Maritime Enforcement Agency detained 33 undocumented Indonesian migrants, including a boat skipper, after intercepting their unregistered boat off Port Dickson. Kajang police hunt two men who fled check and rammed MPV
Police in Kajang are tracking two men who fled after being stopped for inspection by an MPV patrol unit on Jalan Semenyih near the Kajang Prima traffic lights yesterday afternoon. The green Proton Wira hit a Perodua Ativa before ramming the police MPV, damaging its front right door, but no one was injured. Helicopter crash pilot's remains expected to be buried in Senawang tomorrow
The remains of Captain Zainol Afiq Bee Sham, the pilot killed in the Perkhidmatan Doktor Udara (FDS) helicopter crash at Long Lellang, Sarawak, are expected to be buried in Senawang tomorrow. The family is still waiting for DNA test results before the body is brought home, with burial to take place at the Forest Height Islamic Cemetery after prayers at Masjid Bandar Baru Senawang.

Fence wall under construction collapses in Taman Jayamas, three cars damaged
In Taman Jayamas, Seremban, a house fence wall under construction collapsed at about 3am during heavy rain, crushing three neighbours' cars parked outside the house. The vehicles involved were a Toyota Vios, a Perodua Viva and a Proton Persona, and no injuries were reported. The contractor has been informed and will rebuild the collapsed wall.

A lorry crashed into the front of an eatery at Jalan Batu 12 Cheras at about 6.30pm yesterday. Kajang police said early investigations indicate the 37-year-old local driver is believed to have fallen asleep at the wheel, not driven drunk as claimed in a viral video. No injuries were reported and the case is being investigated under Rule 10 LN 166/59.

Unclothed man's body found on Sungai Langat bank in Bangi
The body of an unidentified man was found without clothes on the bank of Sungai Langat near Section 5, Bandar Baru Bangi, yesterday evening. A 61-year-old man was fined RM6,000 by the Seremban Sessions Court after pleading guilty to running farming and livestock activities without a permit in the Angsi Permanent Forest Reserve. Lee Kai Sang was accused of planting calamansi, durian and bananas and rearing stingless bees and freshwater fish in a pond at Compartment 55 of the reserve last August. A 50-year-old lorry driver was fined RM30,000 by the Sessions Court in Seremban after pleading guilty to five charges of sending obscene pictures and videos via WhatsApp to his ex-wife's current husband in March 2023. Mohd Suhaimi Yusof was also given a two-month jail term for each charge if he fails to pay the fine. He was charged under Section 233(1)(a) of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
