   The Sultan of Pahang, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, said the Ru'RASA affordable housing project must maintain quality even though construction costs are low, calling the homes a sanctuary for families. He spoke in Tanjung Lumpur, Kuantan, after handing house keys to 11 Phase Two recipients from Jerantut and Kuantan, and suggested a group insurance scheme for all 790 Ru'RASA homeowners in the state.

He spoke at the key handover ceremony for Phase 2 in Kuantan and Jerantut districts, held at the Ru'RASA housing site in Tanjung Lumpur, Kuantan. He also thanked the UAE for its housing assistance to Pahang residents.
