Kuching South council to sue illegal dumpers using public photos, videos
The Kuching South City Council (MBKS) will take legal action against individuals caught on camera illegally dumping waste. Mayor Dato Wee Hong Seng said the council has received photos and videos from the public, including vehicle plate numbers, and will use them to prosecute offenders.
