Brothers get court leave to challenge DBKL nod for 39-storey towers near Old Klang Road home
Two brothers have been granted High Court leave to challenge Kuala Lumpur City Hall's approval for two 39-storey residential towers planned less than 11 metres from their home along Jalan Klang Lama. The court also granted an interim stay on the development until a hearing for a permanent stay on October 8. The brothers are seeking to overturn the development order and building plan, citing concerns over traffic, noise, and lack of an environmental impact assessment.
