Six foreign nationals remanded seven days over Rasa brawl death
Six foreign nationals, four men and two women aged 30 to 50, have been remanded for seven days over the death of a man in a brawl in Rasa, Hulu Selangor. Hulu Selangor police chief Supt M. Manimaran said the victim, a foreign man in his 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene and that the case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code.

Three more charged with murder of 23-year-old at illegal gathering in Taman Alam Megah

Farmer, 52, shot dead outside child's rented house in Banting
A 52-year-old local farmer was shot dead in front of a rented house in Teluk Bunut, Banting, between 10.30pm and 11pm on Tuesday. A 50-year-old lorry driver was fined RM30,000 by the Sessions Court in Seremban after pleading guilty to five charges of sending obscene pictures and videos via WhatsApp to his ex-wife's current husband in March 2023. A former general manager of a property investment holding company has been remanded for two days by the MACC over allegations of abusing his position to approve promotions, salary adjustments and bonuses without following standard operating procedures. A video showing vehicles believed to be racing and testing their speed on a main road in Putrajaya at night has gone viral on social media, raising safety concerns among users. Putrajaya MP Datuk Dr Mohd Radzi Md Jidin said he will contact the Putrajaya district police headquarters for more details.
