NEA expands robotic cleaners to more Singapore parks
Singapore's National Environment Agency is expanding the use of autonomous sweeping robots in parks and park connectors to improve cleaning and reduce manpower needs. The robots, first piloted in April at Esplanade Park and East Coast Park, have increased productivity by about 30 percent. The agency also reported taking about 150 enforcement actions against coffee shop owners for unclean toilets in the first half of 2026.
