Retired army officer with 'Datuk' title charged with outraging modesty of golf caddy
A retired army officer with the title 'Datuk', Yahya Hashim, 68, was charged at the Ayer Keroh Magistrate's Court with using criminal force to outrage the modesty of a 20-year-old caddy. The alleged incident occurred at the Tiara Melaka Golf & Country Club on August 25. He pleaded not guilty and was granted bail of RM2,500 with conditions not to contact the victim.
