Country Heights subsidiaries' properties up for judicial auction with RM207.8m reserve prices
Two properties owned by wholly owned subsidiaries of Country Heights Holdings Bhd are set for judicial auctions with combined reserve prices of RM207.77 million. The larger asset, Mines Waterfront Business Park in Petaling, Selangor, carries a RM152.77 million reserve and is due for auction on Nov 4, while a 6.41-acre commercial parcel in Country Heights, Kajang, will be auctioned on Sept 21 with a RM55 million reserve.

Paramount Corp opens 11th Co-labs Coworking outlet at Sunway Square
Paramount Corp Bhd has opened its eleventh Co-labs Coworking outlet at Sunway Square Corporate Tower 1 in Petaling Jaya. The 19,000 sq ft space on Level 9 offers 268 seats and is currently 30% occupied, with two more multinational companies expected to bring it to 50% by month-end. Two more outlets are planned next year in Johor Bahru and the Klang Valley.

Taman Gasing Indah terrace house sold for RM850k after two days
A double-storey terrace house in Taman Gasing Indah, Petaling Jaya, Selangor was sold for RM850,000 just two days after listing. The buyers were drawn to its refurbished condition, freehold status and price about RM200,000 below market. A similar unit sold for RM790,000 in October 2022, while average asking prices in the area are around RM1.17 million.

NCT Alliance hands over first phase of RM10.2b Selangor smart industrial park, launches second phase
NCT Alliance Bhd has begun handing over vacant possession of the first phase of its NCT Smart Industrial Park in South Selangor, with nearly 90 per cent of its 280 units taken up. The company also launched KM2, the second phase adding 241 industrial units, at an event officiated by Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari.

MAPEX 2026 property fair opens in KL, targets RM2 billion in sales
The Malaysia Property Exhibition (MAPEX) 2026 opened today at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre in Kuala Lumpur, featuring 22 developers offering about 5,000 property units across the Klang Valley, Melaka, Pahang and Penang. Organisers expect RM2 billion in sales during the three-day event, which also includes participation from five government agencies.
