1. AME Elite to buy 176.5 acres in Pontian for RM199.8m

   AME Elite Consortium Bhd is acquiring 176.5 acres of freehold land in Mukim Jeram Batu, Pontian, Johor, for RM199.8 million cash to expand its industrial land bank within the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone. The purchase, made through two wholly owned subsidiaries, is targeted for completion in the first half of 2027 and follows a separate 31.8-acre buy in Senai.

2. Genting Highlands Premium Outlets adds 70,000 sq ft in RM170mil expansion

   Genting Simon Sdn Bhd will add 70,000 sq ft of net lettable space to Genting Highlands Premium Outlets at a cost of US$40 million (RM170 million), to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027. The announcement was made at the launch of the 15th anniversary sale at Johor Premium Outlets, which will also be upgraded next year.
