Shahriza Mahmud opens asam pedas stall at Rimba Ampang
Actress Shahriza Mahmud, 60, has opened a handicraft and asam pedas stall at Rimba Ampang (Food Hub), Bukit Antarabangsa, Kuala Lumpur since 29 August. She borrowed money from her father to cover the RM1,500 monthly rent and deposit, and admits sales in the first two weeks have been slow.

Pokemon Centre and Nintendo pop-up stores are now open at Ombak KLCC in Kuala Lumpur and will run until the end of the year. The stores offer a range of merchandise including plushies, figures, children's clothing and Malaysia-exclusive items, plus a play area for trying out Nintendo games.

Malaysia's first Pokemon Centre pop-up store will open at Ombak KLCC in Kuala Lumpur. The operator has released an entry guide with ticketing rules for the opening period from 12 to 14 September 2026. Tickets will be distributed daily from 8AM in Zone 1, with queueing not allowed before 6AM.
