Upgrade of Rumah Panjang John Chendang ruai in Sri Aman completed
The RM200,000 upgrade of the ruai at Rumah Panjang John Chendang in Sengkuang Ili, Undop, Sri Aman, funded under the 2023 Rural Transformation Project allocation, has been completed. Sri Aman MP Doris Sophia Brodie officiated at the handover yesterday and urged residents to stay united and support GPS.

Upgrade to farm road brings relief to villagers
A farm road at Rumah Panjang Raba Tiput in Layar, Sarawak, has been upgraded from gravel to concrete, improving access for villagers and their farming activities. The project, implemented by the Betong Divisional Public Works Department, was completed on schedule and handed over in a ceremony attended by local officials and community leaders.

RM100,000 allocated to upgrade Rumah Rose gravity water pipe
A RM100,000 allocation has funded a gravity water pipe project at Rumah Rose Banyun in Sungai Gerugu, Ulu Sengaih, Julau, providing clean water access to the longhouse community. The project was launched by Meluan assemblyman Dato Rolland Duat Jubin, who also donated RM7,000 for kitchen equipment and beautification, and plans to upgrade the main road to the longhouse.
