42 Artworks by Perak Art Teachers on Show at The Silver Lab, Ipoh
An exhibition featuring 42 paintings and sculptures by 31 primary and secondary school teachers from Perak is being held at The Silver Lab on Jalan Datoh, Ipoh. The BANGUN!!! exhibition, which started on Sept 1, was officially opened by Yayasan Perak board member and Ayer Kuning assemblyman Dr. Mohamad Yusri Bakir.

Six siblings surprise father with dream Honda ADV160 scooter for his birthday
In Padang Rengas, Perak, six siblings surprised their father, Z Rusli Che Awang, 60, with a Honda ADV160 scooter for his birthday on September 1. The overwhelmed father was seen crying and hugging his children after receiving the gift. His daughter, Nor Aqilah, said they planned the surprise because they knew of their father's interest in the motorcycle.

Ipoh festival to celebrate diverse coffee cultures
The first-ever Ipoh Coffee Vibes festival will be held from Sept 10-13 at the Riverfront Old Town Ipoh, featuring food, music, and coffee from various cultures. The event, announced by state committee chairman Loh Sze Yee, targets 40,000 visitors and includes a lucky draw for those spending RM50 or more.
