1. Deputy tourism minister gives RM1,000 to families of five Long Lellang crash victims

   Deputy Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Chiew Choon Man has donated RM1,000 to each of the families of five people killed in the Flying Doctor Service helicopter crash in Long Lellang, Ulu Baram. His officers and Sarawak's Implementation Coordination Unit visited the families today, and Chiew will visit them himself on Sunday.

2. Sarawak gives RM100,000 to families of Long Lellang helicopter crash victims, funds children's education

   The Sarawak government will give RM100,000 to each of the five Flying Doctor Service crew members' families after Tuesday's helicopter crash at Long Lellang, Baram. Yayasan Sarawak will cover the education of the victims' children. Premier Abang Johari Tun Openg announced the aid after launching the Sarawak SHInE International Conference in Kuching.
