Tan & Tan Developments Bhd will launch Aviera, a freehold transit-oriented development in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, in the fourth quarter of 2026. The 3.5-acre project has a gross development value of RM655 million across two towers, Aviera Flex and Aviera Skye, with indicative pricing from RM326,000 and completion targeted for 2031.

OCR Group launches RM344mil D'Templer Hilltop Residences in Templer, Selayang
OCR Group Berhad has launched D'Templer Hilltop Residences, a RM344 million freehold landed development in Templer, Selayang North, Selangor, comprising 52 semi-detached homes and nine bungalow lots. Kenyalang Smart City in Miri courts Norway for new growth corridor
Kenyalang Smart City (KSC) in Senadin, Miri, is seeking Norwegian involvement in its RM10.5 billion, 548-acre smart-city development. Imasa Dinasti Sdn Bhd chairman Ar. Teo Ah Khing met Norwegian Ambassador to Malaysia and Brunei Marianne Fosland at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur to discuss cooperation in technology, sustainability and regional connectivity. The move follows a July Memorandum of Understanding with Muara Port Company to link KSC with Muara Port in Brunei.
