   Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong joined a 7.5-kilometre community walk around Ang Mo Kio and Hougang on 13 September, covering 14 Residents' Network centres. Over 1,000 residents attended the main Ci Yuan Day event at Ci Yuan Community Club, where 79 children received $50 in toy money under the Bag-to-School programme.
