Father of Nepal flood victim urges Malaysia to clarify new SMART mission objective
Nine days after the floods in Rasuwa, Nepal, that left 55 Malaysians missing, a victim's father, Dr R Manivannan, is questioning the true objective of the SMART team deployment. He says the chance of finding survivors is now very low and wants the government to clarify whether the mission has shifted to recovery or identification. Malaysia is still awaiting Nepal's approval to send the SMART team.
