Elephant visit in Pos Gob area repeatedly threatens residents

Makkal Osai Pos Gob, Bala Permanent Forest Reserve, Gua Musang, Kelantan

Around 4am on August 24, about 150 campers in Pos Gob were startled by a wild elephant approaching their camp, renewing concerns about human-elephant conflict in the remote settlement. Authorities have been deployed to monitor the area and advise residents to avoid the animals.
