Orang Asli villagers in Gua Musang live in fear as wild elephant sightings rise to four

Orang Asli villagers at the Pasik Resettlement Scheme in Gua Musang, Kelantan, are living in fear as the number of wild elephants roaming their settlement has increased from two to four. Residents say the elephants, nicknamed 'abang besar', are approaching homes and destroying crops, and they have lodged reports with Perhilitan. The Nenggiri assemblyman says the problem has persisted for over two years and has provided rice aid to affected households.
