Health Ministry to launch drone medicine delivery pilot in Sabah in Q4
The Health Ministry will launch a pilot project to deliver medicine to remote areas of Sabah using drones in the fourth quarter of 2026, starting in Tawau. The minister also announced RM1.56 billion in funding for 53 health development projects in Sabah, including upgrading dilapidated clinics and expanding digital systems.
