Indonesian volcano eruption disrupts 59 flights at KLIA, 6,279 passengers affected

The eruption of Indonesia's Anak Krakatoa volcano has led to the cancellation of 59 flights at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminals 1 and 2 since yesterday, affecting 6,279 passengers. The airport has activated its crisis management team to assist stranded passengers with accommodation and meals, with 59 passengers still remaining at the airport.
