MKH Oil Palm files dealings disclosure for mandatory take-over offer
MKH Oil Palm (East Kalimantan) Berhad has filed a disclosure of dealings under its unconditional mandatory take-over offer, as required by Paragraph 19.05 of the Malaysian take-over rules. The announcement was made on 8 September 2026.
