CAP urges public probe into Penang ferry-tanker collision that injured 21

The Consumers' Association of Penang has called for a transparent investigation into the Sept 1 collision between a ferry and a chemical tanker near the Sultan Abdul Halim Ferry Terminal that injured 21 passengers. CAP president Mohideen Abdul Kader questioned the effectiveness of the port's new Vessel Traffic Management System and urged authorities to make findings public.
