Tampines hoarder sleeps in corridor; neighbours cite safety, hygiene worries

Residents of a Tampines Avenue 2 block are concerned about a neighbour who has been hoarding items in his flat for years, forcing him to sleep in the corridor or stairwell. The man, who has diabetes and vision loss, says he is cleaning gradually, but neighbours have called police multiple times.
