Sarawak Deputy Premier Dr Sim Kui Hian said every chef, culinary group and organization representing Kuching abroad must give full commitment to protect the city's reputation as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy. His speech was read by the Kuching South Mayor at a charity dinner in Kuching.
