SPH Media chairman Koh Boon Wan to retire on Sept 30; Chan Yeng Kit to take over
SPH Media chairman Koh Boon Wan, 73, will step down on September 30 after leading the company since its formation in 2021. CEO Chan Yeng Kit will assume the role of executive chairman from October 1, subject to regulatory approval, after the SPH Media Trust board gave its consent. Koh said the timing was right as SPH's operations are stable.
