Foreign man held over scratching eight cars at TRX parking

A 34-year-old foreign man was arrested in Kuala Lumpur on suspicion of scratching at least eight vehicles at a parking area near The Exchange TRX. Dang Wangi police received 11 reports, including three from TRX management, with losses estimated at about RM3,000. The suspect is remanded four days under Section 427 of the Penal Code and will be sent to Kuala Lumpur Hospital for a mental examination.
