MACC proposes 13 governance reforms for Labuan FSA and Labuan IBFC

The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission's Governance Investigation Division presented 13 governance improvement recommendations to Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) and Labuan International Business and Financial Centre Incorporated Sdn. Bhd. (Labuan IBFC Inc.). The recommendations focus on transparency, internal controls, risk management and audit trails. A Governance Improvement Report was signed at Menara Utama, Financial Park Complex, Labuan.
