United Asiapac unit gets interim injunction blocking winding-up petition days before ACE Market debut
United Asiapac Energy Bhd said the court granted its subsidiary Asiapac Oil & Gas Sdn Bhd an ad-interim injunction on Sept 10 restraining a defendant from filing a winding-up petition. The order comes days before the company's scheduled listing on Bursa Malaysia's ACE Market on Sept 14, 2026. The court fixed Nov 5 to hear the Fortuna injunction application.
