AmanahRaya REIT redesignates Radzif as independent non-executive chairman
AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust has redesignated Datuk Mohd Radzif Mohd Yunus, 68, as its Independent Non-Executive Chairman effective Sept 10, 2026. He was previously chairman of the REIT, and the change reflects his status as an independent and non-executive director. Radzif has held senior roles at Institut Jantung Negara and SME Bank, and sits on the boards of Duopharma Biotech and Amanah Raya Bhd.
