Perennial Living opens Parry Avenue assisted-living project with 200 apartments

Perennial Living opened its Parry Avenue assisted-living development in Singapore in August 2026, offering 200 private apartments with medical care, rehabilitation and social activities under one roof. The S$265 million project is aimed at Singapore's fast-ageing population, with monthly prices from S$8,000 to S$13,000.
