PCCW Global and Harmony Tech Innovation sign MoU on low-altitude economy at Belt and Road Summit

PCCW Global and Harmony Tech Innovation signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the 11th Belt and Road Summit in Hong Kong on 10 September 2026 to jointly promote the low-altitude economy across Belt and Road regions. The partnership will combine PCCW Global's international communications networks with Harmony Tech Innovation's low-altitude airspace traffic management technology to explore smart city and logistics applications in overseas markets.
