Eatz Express eyes Singapore demand for ready-to-heat halal meals

Eatz Express, a frozen halal ready-meal brand from Eatz Group owner Novie Djayayanti, has launched eight Asian- and Western-inspired dishes that can be reheated in minutes. She says busy workers and families in Singapore are driving demand for quick options that do not compromise on taste. The company ran recipe and reheating R&D before rolling the meals out.
