Mount Ili Lewotolok erupts six times, Bromo area closed
Several Indonesian volcanoes recorded eruptions on Friday, including Mount Ili Lewotolok in East Nusa Tenggara, which erupted six times with ash reaching 700 metres above its peak. Mount Semeru and Mount Ibu remain active, while part of the Mount Bromo tourism area in East Java has been closed after a savanna fire.
